Cancellation Policy

The Health Package is valid for the 3 days from the time and date of invoice generation. After 3 days, the Customer shall not be entitled to claim for Services and the company shall have the right to forfeit the fees already paid in such a case. Cancellation shall be acceptable only if the Customer informs the Company within 48 hours from the time of booking.

You may cancel your order before dispatch by emailing betacellcare@gmail.com or login from your accounts. Once your order is cancelled (before dispatch), dispatch process will be cancelled. If you cancel your order after dispatch, shipment charges will not be refund on that order. Refund process will be start after the confirmation of the order cancellation, refund process may take 7-10 working days Note: no refunds are offered, if customer use the product ( products not in the same condition as dispatch). The refund amount will be sent to the respective debit card/credit card/account from where payment was made and amount will not be refunded by any other mode.
